CONTRATAS Y OBRAS CORE, S.L., a company dedicated to the delivery of construction works, considers Quality and the Environment to be essential factors in the company’s success. By treating its activities as processes, the company aims to meet the expectations of its clients and of the community in which it operates, preventing pollution and minimising the impact of our activities on the environment.
Our commitments
To this end, the company undertakes to:
- Determine the internal and external interested parties relevant to the quality management system and comply with their requirements, as well as understand the context of the organisation and determine its opportunities and risks as a basis for planning actions to address, accept or treat them.
- Continuously improve our system’s processes in order to detect and control any non-conforming service or incident at the earliest possible stage, so that the client suffers no consequences.
- Commit to pollution prevention and environmental protection in the course of our activities.
- Adopt the corrective measures arising from non-conformities to prevent their recurrence, using the appropriate means to do so.
- Ensure that this Quality and Environmental Policy, together with the objectives arising from it, is understood and maintained at every level of the organisation and by external partners.
- Implement a system of continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality and Environmental Management system, appropriate to the company’s services and activities.
- Comply with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Set and review objectives and targets annually as a tool for fulfilling this policy.
- Ensure that the Management System at CONTRATAS Y OBRAS CORE, S.L. is the company’s own responsibility.
Management system
To this end, a Management Manual, procedures and records have been created on the basis of the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management standards.
The Management fully supports its implementation and maintenance, undertaking to provide the means necessary to do so.
