The renewal of El Boulevard Shopping Centre went far beyond an aesthetic update. The project redefined the visitor experience through innovative solutions that combine technology, functionality and sustainability.

One of its most notable features is a 14-metre anamorphic 3D screen, considered one of the largest in Europe. This innovative installation has also received two international awards for its visual impact and ability to create new immersive experiences.

The project also includes new educational play areas for children, designed to encourage learning and family leisure, together with a modern Work Hub that supports remote work, collaboration and connection in a flexible, comfortable environment.
